Hello everyone, thank you for tuning into today’s edition of the Affinito insight. Your main source of automotive entertainment in central Jersey. Friday at 8pm, the RollOutNJ group has began word of a car meet/roll out session for the night. While there are multiple groups in central Jersey that focus on car meets and cruising sessions, this is one that i’ve been attending for a few times in the past including Fridays session.

As a boy growing up, cars were not just cars for me, beauty is in the eye of the beholder right? Well for me and countless thousands of others, we see cars as these machines that are elegant and just as aggressive. At these RolloutNJ events you can see a wide range of vehicles, spanning from right hand drive r32 skylines, to brand new 2020 hellcat chargers. The community is unique, each and every person with their own swagger presented on their vehicle of choice. Each person I have met here has only had a humble attitude who appreciates the art and effort put into car meets.

30 minutes pass by from the initial meet at Best Buy, Some of the respected members and creators of this community have made public announcements letting all riders know to get ready to roll out on route 1. The 1st destination was a Costco in North Brunswick, RollOutNJ enjoys the aesthetic of driving with other car enthusiasts side by side, or in other words; taking over major routes and parking lots. During this cruise, I was able to cruise with my S-197 Mustang GT along side a coyote swapped fox-body, a few 2016+ s550’s and other vehicles from all regions. Hearing a 2006 Evo Lancer turbo stutter while blasting by your drivers side is easily described as Ear sex. For others however it may be obnoxious.

Unfortunately the first stop at Costco is where my night ended, Being that im a guy with a full time school and work schedule, its hard for me to enjoy my life, A automotive lifestyle requires alot of time and money. Clearly this time around I did not have the money for speed or time to enjoy the night fully. Either way, a brief synopsis of todays blog. 2020 Bullit Mustang 2/1/2020 Saturday

The 2020 Ford Mustang Bullitt is based on the sixth generation of the pony car first introduced in 2015 (S-550). For 2020 the Bullitt has remained unchanged mechanically from 2019 but receives a small tech update along with the rest of the Mustang family. The FordPass Connect system now comes standard on the 2020 Bullitt and allows the occupants of the car to connect to the internet via a built-in 4G Wi-Fi router, which has a range of 50 feet outside the vehicle as well as the ability to connect ten devices at once.

Club Loose : a drifters sanctuary 2/2/2020 Sunday

Are you a fan of drifting? or maybe a drifter looking for sanctuary? Well im here to express my thoughts on Club Loose, a drifting track in EnglishTown NJ. Club Loose is home right next to the unfortunate remains of Raceway park. I have drifted here once in my life and have attended a few events as a spectator. Take it from me when I say this is the place to go to if you enjoy the art of Drifting.

The 1 time that I have drifted here, it was an open event in which they usually host. Club loose separates drivers into 4 classes of skill, D being beginner, C, B, then A for experts. Im not wealthy enough like moderate to big name drifters to consistently go and work on my craft. While taking my laps and struggling with my old stock suspension, I have received a bunch of tips from instructors and other drivers there. The community and operators of club loose are genuine people that dont bash on people and make it truly feel like an oasis. The level of comfort made it feel like home, almost as if I had known some of the people there already for months on end. Although my personal experience may have not been great, the external factors of the company helped made my visit worth while.

For the spectators of drifting, there isn’t a lot of options in New Jersey. Club Loose and another area named Wall Stadium in Wall township are the only tracks offering drifting. If you live in central Jersey it is worth every time of your free night to come down and enjoy some engines roaring and tires screeching.
